Overall a good process with multiple interview steps with department heads. Communication was timely and they answered all questions I had for this position. A very pleasant interview process at this firm.

The interview was pretty chill, they're looking for folks that vibe with their company culture. They're kinda short-handed, so they were super keen to chat.

It was alright. Webcam interviews, good questions asked. I was interested in the job for the travel part of it and to hear that that was something I could do had me excited about this opportunity. However to forwarding costs that you had to put down was an issue for me, the company should offer reimbursements or a check to cover travel costs since it is their company you are traveling for.

I interviewed with the CEO and President, and they asked some really good questions that let me show off my skills. I'd answer their questions and then ask some of my own. They even asked if I had a perfect interview manual! All that prep work in college for interviews and resumes really paid off. It was a chill interview, but also pretty intense because of the depth of the questions. I made sure to take a moment to think before answering to give the best response possible. It's important to take your time to give them the best answer, just like they want. Platinum is a really fair and honest company, and I could tell that from the moment I started.
