They have a pretty chill interview process but it took a while for them to get back to me. First, I had a phone interview with the human resources VP. We talked for about 20 minutes and then she asked me to come in for an interview the next day. After meeting with her, I met with the hiring manager I would be working with. I did not hear back for another three weeks but then got a call to find out I got the job
