First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Platform Science.
Associate Product Manager
The interview process kicked off with a recruiter call, followed by a round of interviews with 4 people. These included a product manager, the creative director, a group product manager, and finally, the head of product.
- Can you talk about some product solutions you've worked on and how your contributions led to their success?
Senior Product Manager
First, I spoke with a recruiter, then the hiring manager. After that, I had a day with 6 interviews with different people at the company. The interviews seemed good, but Platform Science never got back to me.

Product Manager
This was one of the best interview experiences I've ever had. The team was really friendly, open, and knew their stuff. It started with a recruiter chat, then I met the hiring manager, followed by meeting the team, and finished with a 1-hour work session with them. The whole thing had 4 steps over different days and would've taken 2 weeks if my schedule allowed. They seem to really care about hiring people who fit the culture (friendly, team players) and have the technical skills. I got an offer, but took a better financial deal elsewhere. The team was really cool about it and made the decision hard because they were so nice. Highly recommend them!
- What's your strategy when team members have differing technical approaches to the same issue?
