I had two interviews, both with VPs. They were really nice and I was impressed with their personality and vision. I got positive feedback from both, but then nothing. I texted the recruiter to check in. He said he'd call me back in a minute but never did. I guess the job was filled or my salary was too high. It was a while ago, but overall it was a good experience.

The interview process was a really positive and well-organized experience. Right from the start, the recruiters made me feel comfortable and created a supportive environment, which made it easy to discuss my background. What I really liked was how open they were about everything. They were clear about the timeline and what they expected, and always gave me straightforward feedback. If things took a bit longer, they let me know right away, which made me feel informed and valued. I appreciated the detailed and helpful feedback I got after every part of the process. It seemed like they genuinely want candidates to succeed and have a fair way of choosing people. I was really impressed by how professional they were and how much they cared about making it a good experience for candidates. It made me even more excited about the possibility of joining the company.

I spoke with 3 team members for about 20 minutes each, and they asked me some questions about my past experience. It was fine, but then I had an interview with some potential team leaders (I had met one of them before). They asked me about my experience, gave me a small test to find errors in a questionnaire, and asked a general question about how I would contribute to the team's new product launch (without giving any specifics). I got the impression they weren't interested because I don't have HR experience.

Behavioral Technical Case

It started with a call from HR to go over my expectations and experience. Then I had an interview with the team leader, followed by a take-home test, and finally, an interview with an HR manager. The team leader interview was good, with professional and analytical questions. The test was okay. The interview with the HR manager, however, was not great. He was late, asked old-fashioned questions like 'what will you do in 10 years?', and seemed distracted. A week after that, I got a generic email saying they chose other candidates. When I asked the HR manager for feedback, he just sent back the generic email in Hebrew, so I didn't get much useful info.
