The interviewer was nice and straightforward. They asked about 3-5 general standard questions then talked about what the job entails. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. I didn't get an offer, but it was good practice for my interviewing skills.

I applied on Indeed and then got messaged to set up an interview. I went in pretty quick, within a couple days. They just asked me a few things about why I wanted the job, how I handle arguments with people I work with, and how I deal with customers. I got hired and started work in about a week.

When you arrive, you'll meet with a selection board made up of two or three people, typically the supervisor for the role and someone from HR. The team leader will walk you through what to expect and mention that they'll be recording your answers for later review. Try not to let the recording process bother you; it's standard procedure and helps them make a thorough assessment afterward.

We talked about my abilities and how I work with others. Then we went on a tour of the place I'd be working. We went over the tasks and responsibilities. I got to try out some equipment and we had a group meeting for orientation. It was pretty enjoyable and not too stressful.
