The selection day was very professional and organized. We had to do a practical exercise (wire bending), name tools, and there was an individual interview with the trainers. They were very friendly and interested in me, and asked a lot about personal interests and motivation.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Group

First, a Skype interview for a remote initial meeting. Then, an in-person invitation: a meeting/Q&A with the supervisor, immediately followed by the same with colleagues. A short factory tour and a shared lunch. Questions were encouraged from the applicant's side as well. Not only technical qualifications were assessed but also mindset and self-reflection. An intensive but worthwhile interview process.
