Administrative
The interview process is extremely professional and thorough. The HR manager does an excellent job of articulating the culture of the company as well as the expectations of the role.
- Tell me about your ideal company culture.
Field Operations Photographer
The interview process was detailed and good. It involved three interviews and a test for the position. Everything went smoothly and was wonderful. They were helpful in explaining what they were looking for.
- What is your experience?
Manager
Save yourself the trouble and don't apply here. Communication is awful. I got an email from the hiring manager to set up an interview, but she didn't specify a time. I emailed her twice asking for a time and got no response. I finally had to send a third email the day of the interview just to get her to tell me the time, and she seemed annoyed I even asked. She then rescheduled the interview twice because she was busy, even though she was the one who picked the time initially. This company seems to have a communication problem because I also called her to check if the job was still available and never got a call back. I guess if the interview process is this bad, working there would be worse.
- Can you tell me about your resume and experience?
Photographer
The interview process was amazing to put it simply. They took place over Zoom. They answered all of my questions very thoughtfully and took the time to ask me a lot of get to know you questions, which I liked. Super friendly and made me feel very comfortable.
- What was your favorite part about doing freelance work?
