I applied online and got an email. The process was really easy. We scheduled an interview and then met. The interviewer asked a bunch of questions to check my skills and see if I was a good fit for the job.

I talked with three women, all of whom had strong accents. The interview itself went pretty well, even though they hit me with a ton of questions. I started feeling at ease after about the first five minutes. If you nail it, they might offer you the job on the spot or call you back the same day.

It was a one-on-one interview, and the dress code was business casual. Having a background in security or a role that involved a lot of public interaction would be helpful. They were definitely assessing personality traits too, so staying calm is key. The interview itself is pretty easy and mainly consists of behavioral questions.

So, there were three interviews in total. First, I chatted with my direct leader. It was about an hour long and they asked me general finance stuff and some MS Excel questions. It felt pretty serious, not much small talk. Then, I had my second interview with the concept CFO. This one was more about where I see myself going career-wise and what I want to develop. They also touched on some possible areas for business expansion. The last interview was with the group CFO, and it was super short, maybe 15 minutes. It was basically just a casual chat to see if we'd be a good fit.
