Got a quick 15-minute phone screen and then met with the area and club managers. It all took place within about 2 weeks. The process felt pretty standard for jobs like this.

The interview process was good, featuring basic questions and moving quickly. It was pretty much what you'd expect for an entry-level customer service job. The manager who interviewed me was really nice and laid out the job duties and roles clearly.

I had a short interview, under 30 minutes, with the general manager. We started with some easy questions to break the ice, like telling them about myself and what I like. Then we moved on to questions about the company, such as if I'm into fitness and why I want to work there. After that, they asked me some situational questions, like what I'd do if a member was mad about a bill. Then came behavioral questions, like 'Tell me about a time when...'. Finally, we talked about my availability and what's expected of employees. I got to ask my questions at the end, and I asked about the next steps and when they'd decide. They thanked me, and I heard back in two days because they needed to staff up quickly. Onboarding was straightforward.

When you confront that person, they tell you that they are sorry and only took $5.00 for some food money. They tell you that they will replace the money and that they won't do it again. He/she begs you not to tell the manager.. What would you do in this situation?
