The interview process was straightforward. The hiring manager seemed unaware of her competition when discussed and had poor product knowledge. Despite this, I proceeded with the interview. I thought it went well and was even asked to mystery shop a location to show interest, which I did within an hour post-interview. Subsequently, I received an email stating I did not get the job. This felt like an insulting waste of time. I later learned it's a poorly managed company where interviews are conducted merely to satisfy 'job done' requirements, with internal friends being promoted. It's best to avoid.

It started with a phone interview, then an in-person meeting, followed by a group interview. They typically have you do some kind of activity to show how you can think outside the box. Sometimes they might ask about your current bosses and how you would make changes. It's not a bad interview process overall, but there's usually a follow-up with one of the owners before you're hired.
