The interview process was a group assessment day that lasted a few hours. It started with an icebreaker, followed by a group discussion. Then, there was a short phone call to evaluate phone skills. Finally, a one-on-one interview focused on past experiences and alignment with company values. I was not offered a job because my answers to experience-based questions weren't specific enough to the role, even though I knew the company and its values. It felt like a waste of time since they invited me despite not having prior experience in that specific role.

Technical Behavioral

The interview felt very corporate and clinical. It seemed like a busy and chaotic company. They asked a couple of technical questions and that was basically it. The interviewer spent more time discussing their future goals for the company instead of the team culture or environment.

Other Other

The first interview was a casual chat with no questions. The second interview involved a time-consuming marketing task. It was difficult to ascertain how they would determine the best candidate, as there were no interview questions throughout the entire process. While the interviewers were friendly, they initially addressed me by the wrong name. I followed up with HR via email, inquiring about feedback as stated in the rejection notice, but never received a response.
