& Process

Started with a general interest phone call, then an in person interview. Woman I spoke with was great to talk to on the phone call. In person interview was with two business managers and the manager of the company. Whole in person interview was straight faced and serious. Despite trying to be charasmatic myself, maybe one of the 3 people interviewing me smiled 2x. Overall an offsetting experience in a job market that should be promoting an exciting work place. Had to follow up 2x to get a final decision when was told I would hear the beginning of the next week. Great company if you're ready to devote your whole life to working.

After sending my resume, I first had a phone interview that went for about 20 minutes. A week later, I came in for an in-person interview at their office. Then, later that same week, I had a follow-up meeting with upper management. Everyone was really nice and helpful. However, they didn't get back to me for about a month, and I had to check in twice for feedback. When they finally responded, they said the job scope had changed to be more administrative and wouldn't be a good fit for me.

I was first contacted by phone and then met with the manager at the store. At the end of the interview, she told me I was her first choice and she'd get back to me the next day. Two days later, she informed me that the previous merchandiser wanted the job back. A few days after that, the position was posted again. It was very unprofessional; if you don't want someone, just tell them.

I submitted my resume online and got a call in about 2 days to set up an in-person interview. I met with two Marketing staff members for about an hour, and they asked me some questions. They said they'd let me know about an offer within 5-10 business days.
