The interview process was straightforward. I spoke with HR and some technical folks. They asked about my past work history and what I'd put on my resume. They also hit me with some technical QA questions, like about Six Sigma and how to set up SOPs and Policies.

The interview had challenging but fair questions that let me get to know the people I'd be working with. It tested my skills and experience. It was a good way to get to know each other comfortably. There were dual interviews with phases, and I was interviewed twice separately.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

So I initially applied through Monster and got a phone screen, then did an interview all in the same week. After that, they wanted me to do more interviews with the CEO in NY and we talked about flights, but that never happened. Then the CEO called me directly and said I was going to be part of the LA executive leadership team, but that also never happened. After weeks of silence, I checked in and they said I was still a top candidate. Then a VP called for a phone screen, but he was late and unprepared, and barely talked to me for 5 minutes. Weeks later, they asked me to schedule in-person interviews at the site, which I did, providing flexible dates. After two weeks with no response, I followed up with HR. Three days later, I got a letter saying they went with someone else, after 10 weeks of what felt like empty promises and a process that never really happened. Total waste of time.

It was a simple and fast process with a 6-month wait. It was quick and very easy, not much concern for actual knowledge of the workplace. Super easy, they asked if I was a citizen, got my information fairly quick, and I started working.

  • Were you asked if you are a citizen?
