Behavioral Technical Case

So for Camberview, I had a first round that was a mix of behavioral and technical. After that, I did a case study. Then I had a superday in person which was more behavioral and technical questions. Lastly, there were two more interviews after the superday.

Behavioral

The interview process took about three months. I went through two rounds of interviews and met with more than 10 employees back-to-back. They didn't offer a break until I asked for one... I found it funny they expected me to sit for 5 hours straight without any pause. I also had to wonder why I needed to meet so many people – couldn't the hiring manager make the decision alone? Not only did they waste my time, but they also never followed up with a decision even after I reached out multiple times. It really shows a lot about a company and its HR when they don't get back to a candidate who took a full day off work to meet the team.

The interview process was pretty standard for investment banking, focusing on behavioral questions related to my deal experience. Unfortunately, I didn't get a response after the initial interviews.
