It was a virtual interview and the company moved quickly with an answer after the interview. Everyone on the call was friendly. They did a good job explaining the job requirements and how the previous person in that role was successful.

The interview process was overall very relaxed and simple. It started with introducing myself, then talking about why I want the job. After that, the Employer goes over what Pizza Ranch is all about and how they work. Finally, we went over the schedule and fine details. This was how it went about for me. I think the interview process was about a 20 minute deal. The person that interviewed me was very friendly and pretty chill overall. I would recommend working here if you are young and need a stable Christian job.

About a week or two after applying online, the store manager called to set up an interview. It was brief with just a few questions before the manager went into more detail about the job. I completed a background check form for delivery driving, and the manager stated they would contact me the next day. I started working the following week.

The interview was an open one when the business in Ottumwa first opened. They conducted the interview at a church. The interview process was easy, but I didn't appreciate how they pushed their beliefs.
