The interview process was really simple. I spoke with the General Manager, and it was mostly a chat. They asked about my past work history and education, but it was super chill, barely felt like an interview. The main thing was seeing if I'd fit in and get along with the team at the store. I got a call about a week later asking about my availability to start.
