Behavioral Other

There were 2 phone interviews, each about an hour long, followed by a 5-6 hour in-person interview. It felt like a lot for a position the management team calls "entry level." The in-person interview had multiple people from sales/accounting, but they all asked basically the same questions. It got tiring, though everyone was friendly. I think this process could be more efficient with the time spent interviewing.

Had a couple of phone interviews which went super well and the people were really nice. Then there was an interview at HQ that felt weirdly informal but also distant, and it went on for about 6 hours. It wasn't hard, just that different people kept coming in and asking me the same stuff about the company. After all that, they didn't even bother to let me know if I got the job or not.

Got an email after submitting my docs, then they invited me in. They gave me a quick tour and talked with me for about 15 mins about the job. Sometimes they do bike rides as part of it.

It’s a pretty relaxed place. They didn’t ask any weird, irrelevant questions. The interviewers kept things simple and showed me around the place. They also talked about what’s important to them as a company.
