The whole thing took about four months from when I applied to the end. It really depends when you apply in the season, like if deadlines are coming up, it might take longer. But everyone was really nice and helpful the whole way, especially during the onsite. There was a screening call (30min), then a technical project I had about 10 days to do, though they said 2-3 days was probably enough time. After that, they reviewed the project (1hr), and then I had the onsite which was about a full day.

It was a quick and easy process. I heard back quickly. They asked me some basic questions and the team was really nice. I was asked questions about my resume and then some situational questions. The whole thing took about 30 minutes on Zoom. Before the Zoom call, I had a phone screening about a week or two prior.

This was the most thorough interview process I've ever gone through, and it was for a part-time role! It kicked off with a short phone call with HR. Next, there was an online 'word association' test where I had to pick adjectives from over 50 options to describe my personality and what I expected from the job. After that, I had a phone interview with my potential direct supervisor. It took almost a month, but they eventually extended an offer. On my first day, amidst the usual HR paperwork, I had to complete the Wonderlic test (the same one NFL quarterbacks take). That was quite unexpected.

the interview process was fine but it took them forever to get back to me and I accepted a different position in the meantime. The worst part of the process was just how long it took for them to get back to me. The interview was a whole day with practice sessions of talking on the phone.
