The interview process included an initial recruiter call, followed by meeting with the manager. Then, there was an onsite portion where I met several people in groups. It felt a bit like a boys' club, as most of the 10 or so people I encountered were men, with only one woman present.

I was referred by a high level manager on the team. The recruiter for the position reached out, but she was dismissive and rude the entire call. She interrupted my answers to her questions and would cut me off mid-sentence to say she had enough information to move on to the next question. The questions were also all over the place, no common thread or real bearing on the position. She then never followed up after telling me she would. After I reached out to her asking for an update and thanking her for her time, she sent back a cookie cutter rejection. When I followed up to ask for more detail and feedback on their decision, she never responded. The whole process was unprofessional and I felt very disrespected by the recruiter and the company.

The interviews were mostly behavioral and all conducted online. They were arranged in back-to-back blocks of time with the whole sales team. They followed up really quickly. We talked about my experience in sales, finding new clients, and negotiating, etc.
