The process was pretty chill. I went to the store before it opened and sat on a couch across from the interviewers. The manager and assistant manager both interviewed me. There were two of us in each of the rounds, which made it a little harder to answer questions as sometimes the other person took your answer. There were also two interview rounds.

We were called in for a group interview with about 8 people. After a quick look around the store, we were paired up and given a timed task: create an outfit for a fictional shopper with specific needs. This was a bit challenging as we didn't know the merchandise well or our partner's taste. Then, we presented our outfits and explained our choices. After that, we learned more about the company and shared what we liked best about the store from a shopper's or applicant's viewpoint. It was a quick, not very deep process, but good for seeing other candidates. 3 out of 8 were hired.

It was a chill interview. I wore trendy-professional attire and came prepared with anticipated questions. The manager and assistant manager gave me the questions they planned to ask, which made me feel ready. If you apply and don't hear back, I'd suggest calling the store to check on your application. They're on the lookout for sales associates who are outgoing, work hard, and are friendly. It's a plus if you're into fashion!
