The first part was just a chat, mostly about me. I was asked to talk about myself, explain my interest in this role, and discuss my salary expectations. They also inquired about my willingness to relocate and my current job duties. That's all I recall from this stage.

It was a 3-stage interview process. First, a recruiter called, then I had two in-person interviews. This included a tour of the office and warehouse and meeting the team. Unfortunately, at the third stage, I was told I wasn't what they were looking for. It was disappointing to be treated like this after getting so far.

I first had a phone chat with the HR Manager who was great at explaining the job and giving me info about the company, and we scheduled the next interview. The HR Manager did the first interview, asking about my past jobs and skills. Then she told me about the company's history and what it's like to work there. After a few more questions, I talked to the Manager of the department I applied to. He was really good at explaining things and asked smart questions about how my skills fit the role. He was also very engaging and gave me a lot of details about the company. It was a really professional and nice interview overall.

I applied for a few marketing specialist jobs at this company. They asked me to set up an interview and then asked for my salary expectations. After I told them what I wanted, they just ghosted me and stopped responding. I notice they have the same job listings up for months, so I suspect they don't pay competitively and are unable to hire people for these roles. The HR department was quite rude to suddenly cut off communication.
