Sales Development Representative
The interview process was great, I felt really informed and kept up to date the whole way. It started with a recruiter phone interview asking about my background. Then there was an online interview with competency-based questions and stuff about my career. Finally, there was a Q&A based competency questions interview. They always told me what was next and offered help, which felt super supportive.
- Can you describe your sales cycle?
- How do you structure your daily tasks?
- What's your approach when you anticipate missing a sales target?
Sales Development Representative
I had an initial phone screen with someone, which went okay. We set up a video call for later that week. However, the interviewer didn't show up for the scheduled call and then ghosted me completely, offering no explanation. It felt like a total waste of my time.
- What makes you want to join this company?
Sales Development Representative
The process started with an initial call about the role, where they gave more details on salary and the job description. Then there was an interview with the sales manager to better understand the role and what Student Beans has to offer. After that, there was a skills test online, and they confirmed a second interview. This second interview was a role play, where I had to play as a sales rep from Student Beans. Finally, I received an offer via video call.
- How do you ensure you are accountable?
- Can you share what you do outside of work to continue to develop as a person?
- What is your understanding of Student Beans?
