The interview process was quite drawn out, taking about 3 months from start to finish. It involved 6 rounds of interviews. One round had me meeting 3 different people individually, which felt like it could have been a panel instead. In my final interview, which was a presentation, I got the impression the manager might have forgotten who I was, maybe because it had been over two months since our last chat. I thought that was it, but then I was told I'd have to meet the country manager a week later. I saw that as a final check and felt really good after that meeting, thinking it went super well. Then, nothing for a whole week. A really casual email popped up saying I did great but they went with another candidate. I was so bummed, especially after putting so much work into the presentation and waiting ages to hear back. The casual rejection email really stung. Honestly, I've never seen such an unprofessional recruitment process or team. I tried emailing questions about upcoming interviews a few times and got no response. I even had to chase the recruiter for feedback afterwards. It's wild, especially for a company that claims to care about user experience, they really didn't seem to care about candidates at all.

Applied and heard back from a recruiter in about a week to schedule the first chat. Then had a chat with the local sales manager, followed by a 2-hour final round with three back-to-back interviews and a presentation. The presentation had to be created from scratch and was quite in-depth. The whole process took 3 weeks. Communication between stages was great, but after the final interviews, they said I'd hear back the next week. After no word, I followed up and was told they were still deciding and would let me know soon. This happened weekly for another 2 weeks. Exactly 3 weeks after my final interviews, without feedback, I got a generic rejection email. It seems common for the decision to be drawn out, which was tiring and disappointing.

The whole process took about two weeks, ending with an onsite interview. It started with a call with HR for general questions. Then, I had two interviews with managers who wanted to know about my past experience. The onsite interview lasted over two hours and included a mock pitch exercise. It was a very professional overall interview. Good experience!
