It was easy! I went to a job fair they were holding that day, and I was offered the job on the spot. The store was first opening, I am not sure of their interview process anymore.

I applied online for the Lane Attendant job at Pinstack. About a week later, the bowling alley manager called me in. We chatted about the role, and he seemed to think I was a great fit because I was positive during the interview. He offered me the job and mentioned HR would send the online paperwork. A few days passed, and HR sent it over. After I completed it, she called to see if I could start that Saturday, which was sooner than my original two-week notice. I was happy to agree. Pinstack makes hiring pretty simple and quick.

The interview experience for the Sales Manager role at Pinstack was pretty good and interesting. First, there was a phone screen to chat about my background. Then, I had an on-site interview with the hiring managers and some of the team, which gave me a good feel for the company and what they expect. Lastly, I had a final 1-on-1 with the hiring manager to really get into my experience and sales strategies. It was a professional and clear process, and I left with a good impression.
