The interview process was smooth, professional, and well-structured. Communication was clear at every stage, and the interviewers created a comfortable and welcoming environment. The questions were thoughtful and allowed me to highlight both my skills and experiences. Overall, it was a great experience that left me with a very positive impression of the company and team.

The interview itself was fine. Standard questions were asked, it was very conversational. However, the follow-up was non-existent. I asked about time to fill & if the company contacts individuals who are not selected to move forward. The Director of TA said “if we talk to you on the phone, we make sure to let you know either way.” The phone screen was a month ago. I sent a follow-up email 3 days later, with a text 2 days after that and never received any further communication.

This company, which I think is growing too fast for its own good, made me an offer, then took it back, but then kept trying to hire me. I'm not sure if they backed out to consider other people or what. Their actions were unprofessional enough that it could be considered a breach of contract, given all the emails, texts, calls, and meetings we had about this job. Nothing was ever completely finalized in writing, though I was expecting to start. They never explained why things didn't work out, but I know it wasn't my fault. I bet they'll struggle to find good doctors, especially specialists.

The interviewers were really misleading about what the job duties actually were. It turned out to be a totally different job than I thought I was signing up for. I was initially told I'd have a caseload of clients and would be helping them with their needs. Since I already mentioned my background is in case management, I left the interview thinking this role would be similar. They said I'd be working in their intake department. It wasn't until my first day that they mentioned it was a call center job, with just one small, vague line in the posting. When I talked to the onboarding manager, she was surprised and said the job was nothing like what I was told.
