The interview process began with a face-to-face meeting with the Property Manager. After that, I was informed about a follow-up interview with someone from the Pinnacle office. I eventually heard back from a manager at Pinnacle a few days later and we set up a second interview. The questions were standard, mostly revolving around my previous work history. I thought the interview went well and was told I'd be notified about their decision. However, I haven't heard anything back, even after sending two follow-up emails over the past three weeks. I suspect the position has already been filled due to my unique situation. I've received other offers, and frankly, Pinnacle's disorganization makes me not regret not getting this offer. Still, I think the two managers I spoke with should at least inform candidates when they aren't selected for a position.

After getting a referral from an employee, I first spoke with the RVP who had reviewed my resume and asked targeted questions. Shortly after, I met with his Assistant, who was knowledgeable about the industry. Both interactions were professional, comfortable, and orderly. The whole process flowed well, with each interview lasting about an hour. A background check and drug test were also required, with results coming back in under a week.

I had an interview the day after a career fair with three sales associates. They inquired about my professional background and asked some behavioral questions. Following that, they informed me about the job specifics and their sales training program. The interaction was positive, and I felt they liked me. I was expecting to hear back, but unfortunately, I never received a response.

I interviewed at the property I would be managing with the regional manager. There were a lot of financial questions. The vibe was casual and business attire was appropriate. It's useful to have documented successes and numbers to support your answers to the financial questions. Emphasize leadership a lot because they really value it. I've worked with this company before.
