Graduate Engineer Trainee
So basically, first they shortlisted candidates, then there was an online assessment. If you cleared that, you had to go through a group discussion. After that, there were two technical rounds, and finally, the HR round concluded the selection process.
- Can you explain what tolerance is in engineering?
- What are your thoughts on engineering drawings?
Executive Assistant
We had a few rounds. First was an online test that covered aptitude, including communications, engineering drawing, technical concepts, and math/logic questions. Second was a group discussion on general topics. The third round had two parts: an HR interview where they asked about my mini-project and final year project, and a technical interview about core concepts.
- Tell me about your project.
- Can you introduce yourself?
Systems Reliability Engineer
The process was okay. It started with an on-site call, followed by an in-person meeting. It was semi-professional. They gave me a tour of the campus and showed me the on-site gym. Overall, it was a smooth process. There weren't any technical questions during the interview. The location is far from downtown Houston, and they require 100% in-office work from 8 am to 5 pm.
- Can you explain your knowledge of API codes and their significance in the industry?
BIM Modeler
So first there was a self introduction, then an aptitude test, followed by a technical round and an HR interview. They also gave us a CAD tools test with limited timing. They checked our basics of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. They select candidates based on excellent communication in English and good hands-on experience in Revit and AutoCAD tools.
- Can you explain the fundamentals of HVAC?
- What do you understand by NWSE?
