Behavioral Technical Presentation

So, I had three rounds of interviews. The first two were pretty standard professional interviews. The last one, though, with the CEO, was totally different and not in a good way. He made this really inappropriate comment about me speaking "as if I were a native," which felt like it was about my personal growth journey, and he even made fun of my English accent. On top of that, he was 25 minutes late for the interview. Honestly, I regret even applying to this place. It was a really disappointing and disrespectful experience. I've been in Canada for four years, talked to tons of people, including native speakers, and never got a comment like that. Usually, people are encouraging and appreciate my accent, so this was particularly disheartening, especially in what should have been a professional environment.

The interview process was really good and comfortable. I got there through an on-campus recruitment drive. It started with general technical questions related to my department (EEE), followed by a group discussion (GD) on a general topic. Finally, there was an HR interview where I had to talk about my interests and college activities.
