First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Pinnacle Home Care.
Analyst
The whole process took about two weeks from applying to getting an offer. First week, I had a phone screen with a recruiter to see if I was a good fit. Second week, I went on-site for an interview with both the hiring manager and a supervisor. They didn't give me a salary range upfront, only when I got to the on-site interview, and the offer was at the lower end of that range. The verbal offer depends on passing a drug test and a background check.

Direct Support Professional
The interview process is pretty simple. They want to check your experience with managing cases and also see if you're open to doing trainings and have certifications like First Aid/CPR.
- Have you ever had a job where you cared for someone who was unwell?
- Tell me about your experience handling cases.
- Are you willing to undergo trainings?
Medical Sales Specialist
I had an amazing first chat with the recruiter at Pinnacle where they told me all about the job and how I'd fit into the team. Then, I interviewed with the regional sales director, and I was really impressed by their knowledge of the industry and leadership. My last interview was with senior management, and I was super excited about the chance to join.
- What's your motivation for pursuing a career in home health sales?
Human Resources Generalist
The interview process went smoothly overall. The interviewer was nice and the atmosphere was relaxed. They even brought up a previous employer, which helped me understand myself better. This interview happened in March 2020, just as COVID-19 restrictions started. The interviewer said they were still hiring and would be in touch within a few weeks, promising to keep me updated regardless of the outcome. However, it's been over a month with no contact from them or the company, which is quite unprofessional for not even providing an update on the job I invested time in interviewing for. While the interview itself was good, the follow-up was definitely lacking.
