I had a really good experience with Pinnacle Fertility during the interview. The recruiter was super communicative and kept me in the loop the whole time, which made things feel easy and professional. Talking to the VP of HR and the CFO was great too – those talks were really informative and made me feel like they cared about me as a candidate. All in all, it was a smooth process from beginning to end, and it showed that the company is all about being professional and open.

Overall I had a great interview experience with Pinnacle, and specifically with Elena McDermott. She was very friendly and responded to any and all of my questions promptly and helpfully. It took about two and a half weeks from submitting my application, going through the interview process, and then to receive a job offer; I think this is a very appropriate amount of time because it did not feel rushed nor did it drag on too long or leave me waiting for the next step for any extended period of time. I enjoyed the interview experience, and the only thing I wish went a little differently is that I wish I had known when the expected start date for the position would be so that I could give my current (now previous) employer a 2 week notice.

So, first I had this virtual recruiter call, it was about 30 mins, to see if I was a good fit. They recorded it and their director reviewed it and said I could move on. But then the job I applied for got closed, so they had another job they thought I'd be good for. I interviewed with the manager for that new job and she asked me to shadow the position to see if I still wanted to move forward. I tried to follow up on scheduling that shadow day but never heard back. Then, two weeks later, I got an email saying they went with someone else.

I had a really good interview experience, and the process was pretty straightforward. First, I had a Zoom call with Jaidan where we chatted about the job I was applying for and my background and experience. Then, she set up an in-person interview with the person who would be my direct manager if I got the job. That interview was about 30-40 minutes long and went really well. They asked some really insightful questions about my experience, and it felt like a comfortable, positive chat. After that, I was given the chance to meet the rest of the team via Zoom, which I decided to do. It was great to see and talk for a few minutes with the people I'd be working closely with.
