The interview process was pretty standard, starting with a phone screen and then moving to an in-person meeting with the manager that lasted about an hour. It was a pleasant and non-intimidating experience. The questions asked were relevant to the position, and I felt I performed well. The other staff members were also pleasant.

The recruiter and the hiring manager were great to talk to. HR was good too. Then I interviewed with someone who does the same job, but she hasn't been there very long. She seemed to think no one could work as hard as she does or understand her work ethic. She actually insulted my consulting work, saying I worked less to have balance. I've always given my all to every job and I'll definitely work harder for myself now. It felt like she was threatened by my background and achievements. I hope Pinnacle doesn't want to be seen as unprofessional or negative. They should probably rethink who is representing them, someone who can be objective and not have their own agenda.

I had an in person interview for a different practice that Pinnacle bought out. They were transferring the practice over to Pinnacle the week after my interview. The interviewer said she would pass my status to Pinnacle HR, and they called me the next week for a phone interview. After the interview, the HR interviewer said she would contact me in a few days with a decision, but I was never notified and never heard from them again.

Had a phone interview with a junior HR person, who seemed a bit inexperienced or distracted. She spoke really fast and asked generic questions. After what felt like a good chat, she just ended the call abruptly. I sent a thank you email, but never heard back, and I don't know if they hired anyone.
