We did a group interview over zoom. They gave a presentation for an hour, then we had to fill out two questionnaires. They got back to us within 24 hours with detailed feedback.

I submitted my application online back in August. I got a response in September, then had a phone interview in October. After that, there was an in-person interview in November. This whole process was really long and dragged out. They offered me another in-person interview in December, but I turned it down because I wasn't willing to do all that work for such low pay. The interviews were pretty standard, mostly asking about my personality and going over my resume. I did have to take a proofreading quiz, which wasn't difficult. Just a heads up, the starting salary is really low, much lower than what's typical for this kind of job.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

We had a few rounds of interviews. It started with some phone chats, and then we moved on to an in-person part. I talked with people from the production team, then later met with some folks from the Account Team and the Executive Board. This was all before the pandemic, so maybe the process is different now.

First, I had a phone screening with someone from the department. Then, I went in for an in-person interview with the director. There were 4 people interviewing me in person. It was pretty casual, they were all in jeans.
