It was pretty intense but they were really trying to find the right fit. They asked about my previous background and also explained the role itself. It was a really thorough and culture-focused process overall. I had multiple interviews with leaders and an Account Executive. Basic interview prep should be enough to help.

We emailed back and forth and had zoom calls and phone interviews. No in person interviews these days it seems. It's a professional company with a good recruiting department but it's hard to get through the automated system.

Started with a call with the hiring manager. Then, I had a team interview with two SDRs, an AE, and a sales manager. Since it's an entry level job, the questions are pretty standard interview questions, so nothing too surprising. They might ask about product knowledge, but since it's a specialized industry, they don't expect you to be an expert.
