The interview wasn't too difficult. I had four rounds of interviews with talent acquisition team, hiring manager, one with the sales manager and one with head of marketing, plus a pre-employment assessment.

Got a call back right after applying and set up a phone screening. It went super well, and I did an online personality test and an intelligence test. The next interview also went well. I got another project, this time a case study, but the instructions were kind of vague. I spent hours on the case study and a presentation for the final interview, and submitted everything before the deadline. But then they told me they were going with someone else. Felt like a waste of time with all the assessments. They should be more sure about hiring someone before putting applicants through so many time-consuming projects.

After applying on July 23rd, I got an email from a recruiter on August 6th asking about my availability for the next day for a brief call. I responded in under 3 hours saying I was free anytime, but heard nothing back. I'm not super serious about job hunting right now, but that's still bad form. Given Ping's not-so-great employee satisfaction reviews, I figure it's not a big deal.
