The interview process involved several rounds of interviews conducted on separate occasions. Some interviews were held in person, while others were conducted virtually from the New York City office. I interacted with the head of HR, members of the accounting department, investor relations, and two individuals from the IT team.

After submitting my resume, I went through a pretty straightforward interview process. Out of about 100 applications, 20 people got interviews. They asked me a few simple questions about why I was interested in investments and we talked about my resume. It felt more like a behavioral interview, where they were trying to see if I'd be a good fit for the company, rather than a test of my skills.

I applied through the university careers page and had an on-campus interview. It was very technical and short. The recruiter said they weren't looking for someone with exact programming skills but rather someone who could show they were a good programmer. However, the interview ended up being extremely technical and specific.
