A recruiter set up the interview for me. First, there was one phone call, and then the VP of sales called the next day. The people interviewing me were very nice. I saw some negative reviews on Glassdoor. I didn't get an offer because they couldn't match my current benefits and salary.

After reviewing your resume, we'll take you on a tour of the office. It's not your typical Q&A session. It's more about confirming your commitment to the role. Then, we still need to verify your references. It's pretty straightforward if we feel you'd be a good fit.

It was a quick and easy interview process with immediate feedback. The environment was relaxed, and the interview took place in the office with the branch manager. Upon arrival, it felt like a casual chat with a friend. They explained the duties and expectations of the position, followed by a tour of the location. I was asked some general questions about my interest in the job and what would be expected of me if I were to be offered the position.

I had a 20-minute call with HR, and the next day, a 20-minute call with the VP. They called and hired me three days later. I drove 6 hours to NJ for a day and a half of training, which wasn't nearly enough, and started the following day managing five people and an office.
