The interview was very in-depth. They asked some personal questions, which is understandable given the nature of working with children. The interviewer was pleasant and easy to talk to initially. However, towards the end, after I mentioned I was married, they responded with a judgmental "Oh." and proceeded to ask intrusive questions about how my marriage would work with a summer camp job. Despite my answers, the interviewer appeared unsatisfied, making notes and concluding the interview, seeming uneasy about my suitability for the role due to these invasive questions and their reactions.

The interview was pretty quick, lasting only about 20 minutes. They asked some serious questions, which makes sense given the job involves working with kids at a Christian camp. It was a one-on-one chat where they asked about my childhood, my testimony, and if I had experience with kids. I was a bit nervous about saying the 'right' things, but they said to just be honest.
