First there was an online assessment using HireVue, where you can only record your response once for each question and there's limited prep time. Then there were two rounds of virtual onsite interviews. One was a technical interview with an engineer, and the other was with HR and another engineer.

I had an 8-hour interview process. It started with a call from the manager, then two medium LeetCode questions. After that, there were four more hours of interviews with various team members. I was told I did great and they'd be in touch soon, but never heard back. It felt like a waste of time for a programmer, considering the preparation and stress involved, especially when you have a family. Glad I didn't get an offer from a company like that.

I hit them up at a recruiting event and put in my application with their early application link. The first thing was a basic online assessment, then a virtual interview on SparkHire. After that, there were 2 back-to-back interviews, the first one technical and the second one behavioral. The online assessment had basic coding questions and a basic SQL question. The virtual interview had some behavioral questions like why PIMCO and some open-ended technical questions about what I'd do in a certain business situation. The final round questions were okay, not super hard, but I had a bit of a tough time so my interviewers had to help a lot. The behavioral part was fine.
