This usually starts with 1 or 2 rounds. It's typical to begin with a Hire View, which is a recorded prompt to a few interview questions. It's possible to skip the Hire View and have a phone call or Zoom instead. The goal is to get to the super day, which is usually also conducted on Zoom. You'll be tested on core competencies across 5 different categories.

This hiring process is really drawn out, taking over 3 months in total to ultimately reject you. The HR recruiting team seems to be out of sync, often giving short notice for interviews. While they can reschedule, they'll threaten you by saying they'll report it to the hiring team if you try to reschedule. I applied in April, got a call from a third-party recruiter in early May, and went through 6 interviews. The final interview was in July. I was ghosted for two weeks, then an HR person emailed saying they'd get back to me in 2-3 weeks. Finally, I got my decision.

The interview process was quite extensive, with a total of 11 interviewers across the first and second rounds. Despite the number of interviewers, they were all professional and welcoming. It would be helpful to be familiar with your resume and experience beforehand to prepare for some good questions.
