I applied online and got an email from the hiring manager. The first step was an online assessment on a platform called Woven, which had a scenario-based exercise and some practical coding questions, not the typical LeetCode style. After passing that, I had a chat with the hiring manager. Then, there were three virtual onsite rounds: the first was practical coding (not LeetCode style), the second involved presenting a past project, and the third was behavioral. Finally, there was a wrap-up with the hiring manager. It was a pretty standard interview process.

It started with a hiring manager round where we talked about my background. After that, I was sent an online assessment with three parts. The first two parts involved essay-style answers for a debugging task. While they called it 'open-ended,' they seemed to be looking for specific things. The last part was a practical Leetcode-like question on Woven. It wasn't overly difficult, but the time limit made it a bit tedious. I passed it and added my own tests. I was rejected automatically after that. It feels pointless to have these 'streamlined' assessments when it's so impersonal.

It started with a quick intro call from a recruiter. Then, there was a hiring manager interview, followed by a technical assessment from a company called Byteboard. After that, we did a pair programming session, a presentation about a project I worked on, and a behavioral interview. Once I got the offer, I got to "reverse interview" five people at the company, asking them questions about what it's like to work there. This included my manager, his manager, the COO, and two other team members.
