I had a very thorough interview process. First, I spoke with my direct supervisor who scheduled an in-person interview to go over the role's specifics. Then, I met with the Recruiting Lead I'd be working with daily to discuss the specifics for that location. Finally, I had a virtual interview with the Department Director to confirm my qualifications.
