The interview process was really laid-back. It starts with a phone interview, and if they like you, they'll have you do a virtual interview. Everyone I talked to was really nice and gave me a lot of good information about the company and the job. It seems like a place with a lot of flexibility and chances to grow. Pillars sounds like a great place to work, and I'm impressed by their focus on diversity.

So interviews start with a quick phone call, which was about 30 mins with the Director of Outpatient Services. Then, if you move on, there's an in-person interview that usually takes 1-2 hours. You'll meet with some of the outpatient team. They ask some conceptual questions about clinical judgment and your philosophy, plus some regular interview questions.

I had an initial phone interview where they asked me general questions about my interests, education, salary, etc. Then I was called for an in person interview with the Director who asked a bunch of questions about my clinical experience, like 'what was your most difficult case and why'. They also asked about which theory I liked working with best. After that interview, I got called back for a 2nd, in person interview with the supervisor and director of outpatient therapy. They asked a series of 'what would I do if' / behavioral clinical questions to check my clinical knowledge.

The BEST interview I ever had!!!! I walked away feeling confident along with knowing I had found a good fit! Awesome VIBE . They erased need for jitters and the all too often …. Forgetting how decorated you are because you’re begging for a job! NONE of that
