First, there's a phone call where they verify your details and tell you about the job. After that, they conduct an online interview via video call. From there, they'll let you know if you proceed to the next stage or not.

The hiring process was quite tedious. I applied through Gupy, and it didn't seem to impact the selection journey. I was contacted via WhatsApp and asked to send a PowerPoint presentation as the second step for an in-person dynamic. In the in-person session, there were 8 of us. We all introduced ourselves, and then we were split into two groups to invent a product, structure its manufacturing process, create a marketing strategy, and try to pitch it to the interviewers. Afterward, only 4 of us remained for the final 1:1 interview round, where we spoke with the interviewers about the role. The entire process took a little over 4 hours and was held in person. It took them over a month to fill the position and get back to us with an automated message from Gupy, even though they promised a response within a week. I felt it was inhumane to make us go to the company (incurring travel costs), spend more than 4 hours there, and then, after a month, receive a completely impersonal feedback about our performance.

The process is conducted through the Across Jobs platform. After completing English and logic tests, there's an interview with an Across Jobs consultant to assess competencies. Candidates who pass this stage are then selected for a panel interview with a manager.

It was a 3 stage process. First, an online interview over teams. They wanted to get to know us, asked about our background and interest in the role, how our background fits the role, and what the company does. Second, an on-site assessment centre, which I wasn't aware of beforehand. It involved verbal and numerical reasoning questions, and the challenge was completing them in the limited time, needing about a minute per question. We also toured the manufacturing plant before lunch and the next round. Food and transport were provided. Third, a presentation of a project I had done, which happened on the same day as the assessment. The email only mentioned the presentation. I presented to a group of experts who asked questions related to the presentation and the knowledge required for the role. The atmosphere during the presentation and Q&A was relaxed and comfortable.
