Had a 30 minute Teams interview with the Recruiter, and it was very pleasant. They told me I'd be passed up to the Hiring Manager and they'd confirm if they wanted to see me for a role that's pretty junior. I followed up and was told they were still working on it. I followed up again. Then I was ghosted.

The interview was conducted virtually due to Covid restrictions. It was a friendly and professional experience. A significant portion of the time was spent discussing my relevant background and the nature of the work involved in the role. The interviewer provided a lot of information and was very open to answering any questions I had.

A recruiter reached out and went over the expectations and guidelines for the interview process. Then, I had a video interview with managers where they asked me some standard interview questions. I got a job offer the same day and was asked to review the role as a contractor. I wasn't allowed to learn more until after accepting because it was a contractor role and that's their policy.
