Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview was a panel-style meeting that lasted about 1.5 hours. It included 2 managers and 2 supervisors. We started with some behavioral questions, then moved on to more technical ones. The interview process was pretty straightforward, with just one phone screen and one in-person interview before getting an offer.

I applied online and a recruiter reached out via email to set up a phone interview. At the end of the call, I asked about the next steps and timeline. I was told I'd hear back a week later, but I never did. I sent two follow-up emails expressing continued interest and asking for an update, but got no response. I never found out the status of the role.

First, you'll introduce yourself, giving a quick rundown of your background, experience, and what makes you a good fit. Then, we'll dive into some questions about your past work, what you've accomplished, and how you've tackled tough situations. We might also ask about your technical know-how. Lastly, you'll get a chance to ask us anything you're curious about.

Behavioral Technical

I applied for a Project Manager Position. HR contacted me for a screening call. After a good talk, I was selected to meet with the technical team. They then invited me for an in-person interview at their office in Downtown Fort Worth. It all went well. After that, nothing. No call, no email. I followed up every couple of weeks for about two months but never got a response. It was super disrespectful to just ghost candidates like that.
