The interview process was good, starting with a standard HR screening, then moving on to the hiring manager. There can be a significant delay between interview stages. The follow-up process is slow, with no quick responses expected unless you're the chosen candidate.

I applied on Indeed but had to fill out another application on their website when I got to the on-site hiring event. They had groups of people go into a computer lab to do this. After that, we waited in the break room to be interviewed by the hiring managers. The interviews were quick and to the point. I felt good about it, but didn't get the job. They joked about hiring me, and I'm upset they didn't explain why I wasn't chosen, especially seeing others get offers instantly despite being casually dressed. I waited five days to hear back, getting an email at 3 am on a Saturday. The whole process took almost two hours instead of 30 minutes.

The interview process started with a 40-minute in-depth phone interview with an HR Generalist and the hiring manager. This call was good for asking questions and ensuring a good fit. I was invited back within a week for an onsite interview that lasted 4 hours and included 6 different people. It was an intense process right after Thanksgiving. They said I'd hear back the week before Christmas, but warned the hiring process is slow. I followed up with the HR Generalist two weeks after Christmas for a status update. Two months have passed with no response from Pierce, and I haven't heard anything about my candidacy. I found the lack of communication unprofessional, especially since I took a whole day off work for the process. A simple email would have been appreciated.

I sat in a conference room and they asked me questions: such as, why do I want to work for them. How did I hear about them. With every answer I gave they liked me more and more. I believe this is the reason why they hired me on the spot. I started work for them the very next day. They even let me out early on my first day to make my doctors appointment. The only reasoning why they let me go is because they had some recalls and could no longer pay me. My manager cried (no joke!) as she let me go.
