Operations Specialist
An operations specialist reached out to me. After that, the Regional Manager connected with me via Skype. Then, the SVP gave me a call. Following the call with the SVP, the Regional Manager extended an offer letter. I accepted, set my start date, moved, and then started my job!
- What makes you believe you are capable of performing this role?
Maintenance Supervisor
The interview process was pretty simple. First, I had a phone interview with the community manager. After that, I had an in-person interview at the property with the same community manager. They asked me some technical questions about air conditioning and plumbing.
- How proficient are you with electrical problems?
Community Assistant
I talked to the first manager, and they asked me some typical questions that you can find online. Then, I spoke with the property manager, and we discussed some behavior questions and other general interview questions you would normally expect.
- How would you handle a resident who has a pet on the property, given that pets are not allowed?
Residential Services Manager
After I submitted my application, I got a phone call to schedule an in-person interview. The interview itself was quite relaxed, with two people interviewing me, which made me feel at ease throughout the whole experience.
- What is your approach to organizing your daily tasks?
