I got referred by a friend and then a recruiter reached out to me to set up an interview. After that, I met with two supervisors, and then got an offer not too long after. The whole thing took about a month.

I had one interview for the Office of Student Life position, which was about 30 minutes long and conducted online (though it might be in-person now). The interview panel included the director of student life and about 3-4 student leaders who work in the office. I received the job offer about a month after the interview.

I had a 30 min Zoom interview, then a 45 min in-person interview. They sent me the questions a few minutes before we started. The people were very nice but the interview was quite dry and structured. It was weird that they didn't follow up after the second interview to let me know either way, especially given how structured the process was. I felt ghosted.

The interview process was really enjoyable. They scheduled it speedily, and were very descriptive about what to expect. They even gave me some of the questions ahead of time and allowed me to read the questions as I was being interviewed which helped put me at ease. The panel was pleasant and friendly and consisted of a variety of positions within the program I was applying to.
