Client Services Associate
I applied on LinkedIn and got an email pretty quickly to set up an interview. The interview had about 9 questions, and then they went over the job benefits and stuff. The interviewers were super nice and welcoming. They answered all my questions about the job really well.
- Tell me about a time you took a risk and it didn't work out.
Agent
The interview process was excruciating and dragged on for months. It included 4 interviews with team members. The owner, Frederico, was late to our meeting and kept me waiting for over an hour on a Friday night while he spoke with a model. During our 15-minute conversation, he interrupted me several times, yelling about furniture, made a phone call while I was talking, and left the table 3 times. It was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. They also do not pay a fair salary.
- How would you onboard artists to the agency?
Client Service Associate
After applying, I was contacted the next day about an interview. It was quite relaxed, held upstairs on a couch, and mostly involved straightforward questions. Though, a few were a bit out of the blue.
- Can you tell me what 25 multiplied by 25 is?
- Describe a situation where you dealt with conflicting personalities and how you resolved it.
- Can you share an instance where you expected a positive outcome, but it didn't materialize?
Studio Assistant
This interview was quite different from others I've experienced. It took place upstairs in the lobby area and felt more like a casual chat than a formal interview. The atmosphere was very relaxed and heavily focused on fashion.
