Construction Worker
I spoke with HR, I guess it was a screening thing. Didn't get a callback for a second round with the hiring manager though.
- What makes you want to work for this company
Project Management Trainee
The interview process was pretty good. I interviewed at the New Berlin location and they greeted me at the door and gave me a drink while I waited. The interviews began on time and they gave a quick rundown of how they would be structured before starting. Four people from the company interviewed me, split between two rooms. The interviewers were very nice and asked mostly behavioral questions.
- Tell me about a situation where you had to work through a conflict with a colleague.
- Can you share an example of a contribution you made in a past role that benefited the company?
Project Manager
It went well, I had two sessions that were an hour each. The first was me and 3 of the VPs and the second one was with the other 2. They asked all sorts of questions.
- How have you dealt with older people being frustrated with you?
Project Manager
The interview process was really well planned with several people involved. I got a packet via email that laid out the schedule, a map, and how long things would take. There was a contact person who met me at the door, gave a great overview, and asked if I wanted water or coffee.
- Can you describe a challenging project you oversaw and how you handled the problems that came up?
